Wight Jewels were all back on the ice at 6.30am for their practice for the long programme. Our casualties are all on the mend: Louisa seems recovered from her head injury; Mikki is bruised and covered in arnica, and Daisy’s ear infection seems better.

Rink was closed on arrival, but Black Diam’s of France were also there warming up in the car park. Warm-up and practice goes well and the Jewels are looking forward to the rest of the competition.
