Four IW teams competed at the Trophy d’Ecosse in Dumfries from  8 to 10 February.

Senior team Wight Jewels achieved 4th position, pulling up from 5th after the short. They scored 28.82 in the short and 64.89 in the free for a total of 93.71. Basic novice team Wight Sparkles scored 23.21, placing them second in their event. The team, skating to music by the Spice Girls, were awarded most entertaining programme on the Saturday. Their programme is on YouTube at https://youtu.be/gS-HK84VGaE?t=8076
