The auditions are over and skaters have been chosen for the lead roles in this Christmas’ ice show: Peter Pan.
For anyone who was unsuccessful, it is still possible to participate in the show by being in a group show number.
Rehearsals start on Friday 17 September at 5.30pm, running until 7.30pm. Thereafter they will take place every Friday evening from 5.30pm. There will be about 12 Friday rehearsals. Skaters will also be required to attend possibly three extra rehearsals, including dress rehearsals, leading up to the show.
The cost of taking part in the show is £35 per skater, which includes £5 towards the costumes. Payment must be made in full by Friday 24 September.
Skaters must be a current member of the club to participate in the show, as club membership provides the necessary public liability insurance. Skaters will be able to join the club or renew their membership at the first two rehearsals. Extra lessons may be necessary for skaters that have lead roles, at an additional cost.
Adult rehearsals will be on a Sunday at a time to be advised by the coaches.
